About the role:

We are looking for a Computational Linguist to help design our conversations, define intents/entities, and label training data for our NLP models through automated and manual methods. At Infinitus, you will:

• Assist in improving our conversational AI system
• Work collaboratively with product, business, and machine learning to understand their needs
• Conduct a qualitative analysis of conversational data
• Define data labels and rules for annotating data
• Auto label and cluster unstructured text
• Execute data transformations from raw logs to structured training data
• Train and help maintain production ML systems
• Develop compelling dashboards and automated reporting
• Communicate results and present insights

• Strong experience in analyzing text data with Python and SQL
• 2-4 years of experience working with data and/or a master’s degree in a data science related field
• Background in Linguistics or Natural Language Processing
• Experience with data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Looker, DataStudio, R, Matplotlib)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Knowledge of Google Cloud platform (BigQuery, DataStudio)

We are looking for experienced AI Generalists interested in designing elegant solutions to difficult problems in the healthcare space. Our AI engineers work across our ML stack: designing algorithms, tuning models, building data pipelining, and shipping scalable code. At Infinitus, you will:

• Work at a cutting edge conversational AI company.
• Innovate zero-to-one ML products that bring efficiency to Healthcare. 
• Work collaboratively with fullstack developers on updates to backend APIs and database schemas.
• Work collaboratively with NLP engineers & Applied Scientists to develop data pipelines, infrastructure and real time systems.

• Strong coding experience in Python, Golang, or C++.
• Working knowledge of at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc). 
• 7-10 years working on and shipping ML software.
• 2+ years working on LLMs, deep learning and/or transfer learning. 
• Has excellent knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science with a focus on AI, ML or NLP.

• Experience at an early-stage startup. 
• Experience working on healthtech.
