Your New Role and Team
Our Product team is looking to hire a Product Management Co-op student for our Product Management team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll work with engineering, commercial and customer experience teams across the organization to identify, and document product requirements, update product roadmaps, create project plans, monitor project progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Our Success Criteria
- Develop and improve product management processes within the organization
- Support cross-functional project communication and stakeholder alignment
- Document customer use cases and define product requirements
- Perform market research projects and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
- Extracting, consolidating, and analyzing data to drive informed business decisions
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics (or related fields) no later than May 2024
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis and modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Proven ability to learn innovative technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and in a way a diverse audience would understand
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
- The successful candidate will be a proponent of individual personal responsibility for themselves and their teammates
- Above all else, a consistently positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to create robust solutions to complex problems
