Generally to resolve each issue, you should develop on a branch, create a pull request, and include new test cases in your PR for the automated testing. Additionally, you should be comfortable with Jupyter notebooks and produce a Jupyter notebook to verify the code changes since most of the package usage is within Jupyter notebooks.

It's a huge bonus if you have used the OpenAI API before, know what an embedding is, what a vector database is, etc.

I am looking for someone to scope and develop a trained private chatbot...

The chat bot will be required to ingest documents and URLs selected by the admin user.

It is key that the chat bot works with trusted content and that the content is not shared externally. I woudl be interested in how we can potentially use Hugging Face and Falcon to do this - I don't have excessive budget to be spinning up dedicate training servers and

These will then be able to be queried, with results showing in the chatbot.

The chatbot, should then be available as a widget on a Joomla website.

Use case? Some of the content is from that large Joomla site, so the ability to have a Joomla component would be interesting - to select content articles, categories - even components to push content frm and ingest into the training model, as well as the interface for adding external URLs. However, as long as there is some kind of API where we can "send" content to be ingested and adminster URLs, then this could be a separate Joomla development (I have some Joomla devs). And of course an API to query the model directly (not just through the bot) to potentially use the AI to generate fresh content from selected sources - but that is probably phase 2 at least.

What I want in the initial term is a detailed scoping document on how to do this and accurate costings and timeline for the build of the chatbot (not the Joomla stuff) - including any costings of external tools (hugging face etc) that I need to be aware of (I understand these are separate costs for me, not part of the project budget).

Your New Role and Team
