Please don't respond to this posting unless you have SIGNIFICANT experience with AI Prompts or APIs. I am looking for someone who is truly at an Intermediate level.
I have a transcript of a 2-hour long video, broken into chunks, with timecodes that look like this:
00;00;00;00 - 00;00;24;49 blah blah blah
00;00;24;56 - 00;00;47;28 blah blah blah
00;00;47;32 - 00;01;11;37 blah blah blah
... where "blah" is the transcription of what the speaker (instructor) was saying during those timecodes.
I have a set of quiz questions, related to the topic being presented by the instructor.
I need to identify the timestamp for the portion of the video in which the instructor talks about the concept being addressed by the quiz questions.
BUT... like any good quiz, the question isn't simply a word-for-word match to what the instructor said. It's *related*, which is why AI can be useful.
We have had some success with using ChatGPT 4 to identify timestamps, but there are a fair number of errors, or times when it simply can't find a match.
If you've been working with LLM's for a while, and you can already start to see how you would approach this challenge, then YOU are the kind of person we're looking for! 😃
The final deliverable would be a spreadsheet, with a row for each quiz question, and the timestamp which best matches it.
To give you an idea of the level of difficulty, here are two questions, and the transcript which best matches them.

QUIZ QUESTION #1
Includes the land plus appurtenances: Real estate / Personal property / Bundle of rights / Package mortgage
Correct answer: Real estate
Timecode: 00;26;31;45 - 00;27;06;06
RELEVANT SEGMENT FROM TRANSCRIPT:
00;26;04;28 - 00;26;31;40
It kind of this big old umbrella where we see things in here per tenancies, which are going to be things which benefit the land. For example, maybe we have a house on it. I'm going to give it a broad name improvement. It could be an office building, it could be a garage, it could be a variety of things, but an improvement.
00;26;31;45 - 00;27;06;06
The other thing you get when you buy real estate and the word estate in and of itself means you're getting the rights to use the real property. You buy that property team, you have the right to use it. No one else, it's your property and no one can take those rights away from you. We also say there are things that might be included with the property and these things you'll hear as we discuss, as we go through our fixtures and fixtures.
00;27;06;18 - 00;27;26;49
We're once upon a time a piece of personal property, but we did something magical to it to make it a part of the real estate. And when we bring our buyer in and they're saying, I like this house, the improvement and I want to have the right to own this house, live here, do what I want with my property.

QUIZ QUESTION #2
Theoretically, how deep to subsurface rights extend? To under the topsoil / One meter below the surface / To bedrock / To the center of the earth
Correct answer: To the center of the earh
Timecode: 00;29;23;46 - 00;30;01;30
RELEVANT SEGMENT FROM TRANSCRIPT:
00;28;28;26 - 00;28;55;16
So let's take each and every one of these terms the land, the improvements. Let's look at the land first. Now watch what happens when you're buying land. In the very first illustration on your screens. And what we have over here is that you're getting the right to use the surface. Maybe you want to build a house over here, A little cute little one story home.
00;28;55;21 - 00;29;23;41
Or maybe you want to make it a two story home up in the air. You also get air rights that goes into outer space for forever. Not only do you get to land, not only do you get the right to all the air above, you get all the rights of the earth underneath this you. So there's gold underneath your house, rubies, and you dig down and you find those rubies.
00;29;23;46 - 00;30;01;30
Hey, those are yours. So you get everything with the land itself. It's not just the dirt that top two inches the topsoil. You're getting the following. The surface things on the dirt, the sub surface, everything underneath it. And the air rights. Now, inevitably, people come and say, what drives value? What are the physical character respects of land? So let's focus on a couple of things about what the dirt can do.

Sound interesting? I realize that you don't really know how hard the job would be, so I'd love to start with just, say, 10 quiz questions, and I'd be happy to pay for up to an hour of your time to just "explore" whether you can find a way to match them.
You probably have questions - but to save time on my side, please provide me with an example of a project you've done with a similar (or greater) level of complexity, so that I can determine if we might be a good fit. If it looks promising, I will definitely respond,!
Thanks so much for your consideration of this unique task! 🙏
