Role Details and Expectations:

We will provide you with a significant portion of the content, but we expect you to have the ability to create fresh content on your own using AI tools.

Familiarity with AI tools such as Clip Drop, Midjourney, Flaire.AI design and branding, Viralfindr, Craiyon, Dalle, Photo Director, Synthetic Media, Lensa, Headshot Pro, GetIMG.ai, and Tome.app is essential. The project involves producing images of the model that you will create in various outfits such as bikinis, bras, panties, and nude.

IMPORTANT: Image Quality Requirement

Consistency is Required:

I have a python script which connects my airtable to open ai, then to midjourney, then to airtable again.

The concept is to take 3 text parameters, and ask open ai a series of questions to create a dynamic storyboard. It works by grabbing the 3 parameters from a record in airtable, then sending it to openai GPT4 to make descriptions of the storyboard images. The storyboard images are divided into scenes and shots within those scenes. Once we get the descriptions of all the shots (while knowing their scene, so there should be some array/data management) then we send it to midjourney, get the response, and send the image back to airtable with a patch request. Airtable has 12 storyboard picture fileds (for up to 12 scenes) and if a scene has more than 1 shot, they get placed in there as a secondary picture in the array. Each storyboard also has a description, so it should be a list of of the prompts which were sent to midjourney. Everything is built, but I just need someone to do quality checking, data management (to ensure it works for multiple situations) and some basic prompt engineering.

• Build and manage a virtual team of proficient ICs that meets or exceeds quality, throughput and productivity targets
• Participate in IC selection as needed
• Ensure ICs have access to required tools, guidelines and other related materials to meet project requirements
• Prepare and disseminate project materials based on IC and/or client feedback to clarify guidelines
• Solicit and use input and feedback from client, Appen managers and ICs to help drive efficiencies and improve quality plans
• Provide regular reporting on project status, as well as more in-depth analysis
• Guideline & Training Support:
• Develop program guidelines and training material as well as annotate data for new or existing programs
• Participate in program improvements, initiatives, and committee work as assigned
• Support the training and mentoring of new and existing Appen staff, as assigned
• Reporting and Communication:
• Communicate service level expectations and directions to all ICs. May be asked to establish quality requirements
• Provide up-to-date information that helps Appen staff and ICs anticipate and solve problems.
• Proactively provide on-the-spot positive and constructive feedback to ICs regarding metrics-driven performance issues
• Under manager guidance, communicate directly with client, using proper escalation procedures for both production-related questions and technical issues
• Communicate, with all stakeholders, in a timely, clear and concise manner
• Participate in regular team meetings with program staff
• Where necessary, complete additional tasks as assigned.

Linguist

Position Summary

The main responsibility of a Linguist is to manage projects for Appen’s clients. The Linguist applies their knowledge of linguistic phenomena, technical skills and attention to detail to manage projects to quality expectations, timelines, and budget. The Linguist applies their communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and teams of language specialists around the world. 

Responsibilities:

• Autonomously plan and manage projects to quality, time and budget to ensure effective project execution and delivery
• Onboard and train a virtual team of consultants to create, evaluate or annotate linguistic data in multiple languages
• Prepare guidelines, training materials and tools, aligned to client specifications.
• Oversee the work of consultants, including task assignment, scheduling and monitoring
• Ensure close and regular communication with all internal project stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and take initiative to improve processes
• Document and manage language resources arising from projects
• Manage client relationships through customer service and regular reporting (as required)
• Provide operational input to the Sales team (as required)

• Highly proficient in one or more of the following languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Urdu
• Linguistic knowledge of Indian languages

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or above in linguistics or a related field
• Ability to independently prepare linguistic data for delivery to a customer
• Solid understanding of linguistic concepts and terminology
• Strong technical and data management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment characterized by constant change, and a fast, deadline­-driven culture

The successful candidate will have experience in AI model training and natural language processing. They should also be familiar with chat bot design and have a good understanding of how to create prompts that elicit accurate responses. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must for this role.
