KUBRA is in growth mode and currently seeking a Associate Product Manager to join our Product Development Team!
As a Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Product team resources to assist with all aspects of their products. This oversight includes using industry expertise to create plans for future development, coordinate ongoing development activities, support delivery team resources working to implement the product, collaborate with sales and marketing and other product managers to help realize the overall company vision.

- Work with the Product team, Sales, Marketing, Client Relationship Management, and Service Delivery teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and client goals
- Work with the Support team to create processes for transitioning new product features from Product to Support
- Collaborate with product delivery to support rapid integration of customer features and requirements into off-the-shelf product features
- Communicate with other Product Managers regarding product dependencies and timeline
- Maintain and publish a product roadmap in collaboration with engineering managers
- Coordinate with product management team to ensure product development priorities are aligned across the company and with delivery needs
- Identify opportunities for development process improvements and automation
- Maintain and enforce quality and service standards, analyze and resolve issues, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Maintain product ideas, features, and releases in our strategic roadmap platform, Aha!
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and benchmarking best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism in all client communications.
- Ability to influence others, build relationships, manage conflicts, and handle negotiations.
- Business management skills – understanding of strategy, business functions, metrics, decision-making, and workflow
- Project management skills – ability to plan and manage successful projects, including managing risks, costs, time, and team

- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to handle pressure and focus on results
- BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, or Economics
- Master’s degree, technical degree, and/or certifications are preferred
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in Information Technology or Software Development
- Minimum of 1 year of experience building business-to-business applications in various verticals
- Minimum of 1 year experience designing, building, or operating a Software as a Service (SaaS) product
- Minimum of 1 year experience and strong working knowledge of the financial industry, card processing, card networks and payment operations is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience with utility outage management systems is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience with web mapping technologies is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in digital communication channels like voice, SMS, email, or social media messaging is preferred
- Experience using industry standard software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Jira, and Confluence
