We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the implementation of Netomi solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass operational management, providing guidance, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. With your expertise, you will take on important roles within the business, overseeing every part of your assigned implementation tasks. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and customer success managers (CSMs) to scope out projects and provide accurate effort estimations and timelines.
• Participate in Discovery calls with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project needs.
• Work closely with CSMs to ensure successful project delivery by leading technical project activities, including solution architecture design.
• Serve as the architect on moderate to complex projects that involve integration with multiple products.
• Perform complex configuration and troubleshooting of Netomi's solution(s).
• Ensure all project and process documentation is accurately maintained in a centralized repository.
• Participate in customer reviews as needed, offering guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams to effectively troubleshoot customer issues during deployment and post-deployment stages.
• Take the lead in business discussions with customers, highlighting Netomi's value proposition at different levels within the customer organization.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analytics and provide valuable insights to customers.
• Focus on driving efficiency in project delivery through proactive initiatives.
• Analyze customer health and develop a plan to improve and optimize the performance of the AI Agent.

• Minimum 5-6 years of overall experience in Project Management, preferably in a consulting organization.
• At least 2 years of experience in conceptualizing and deploying solutions for SaaS-based organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Proven proficiency in client and stakeholder management.
• Ability to deliver results under stressful conditions and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in implementing SaaS products is essential.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong tool proficiency in JSON, Datadog, Postman, and API integrations.
• Basic to moderate understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts.
